I find the ambience to be very positive, everyone is there for each other and will take the time to help. You can notice that there is a real team spirit at Madern Automation.

What I enjoy most is that I can put my creativity into my work and that I’m able to come up with new ideas. I enjoy working in a small team because we can really see the challenges my colleagues and I run into and work very closely together to overcome the obstacles and deliver a good product.
