Job title: Field Service Technician
The culture is a family atmosphere. This type of culture/environment we have created helps to get involvement from everyone. Communication between colleagues are respectful, and we get to know each other on a more personal level. I feel we have an edge over most companies because we have a strong foundation of unity and trust.
As a Field Service Technician the main challenge for me is the travel frequency. I spend a good amount of time away, but the reward is witnessing the hard work come to fruition. Also, the look of satisfaction on the customers face is worth the sweat and long hours.
